Cotton jersey Jersey is a fabric that is knitted rather than woven. In the production of jersey, a large number of intertwined stitches are formed from a single thread by machine in a single step. This special technique ensures that jersey is very soft, supple and elastic. Simply perfect for a restful night's sleep.
