How does it work?

Our return policy applies to bed linens, fitted sheets, and towels from the Mary Rose and Mary’s brands.

It’s simple: Return the product and receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a new product in the same category and size. In other words, a bath towel for a bath towel, bed linens for bed linens, etc.

The returned product does not have to have been purchased from us, and you do not need a receipt—the important thing is that our label is sewn in so the item can be clearly identified.

The product can be returned to either our store in Dornbirn or Innsbruck, where it will be exchanged immediately. We do not issue gift cards or store credit.

What happens to the returns?

• First, they are sorted into Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold, organic, and conventional cotton
• Products that can be repaired are fixed, cleaned, and donated free of charge to a charitable organization. This way, they get a new lease on life as secondhand bedding.
• If the goods can no longer be repaired, they are processed into Fliess. We are currently working with Barbara Frick on other exciting ways to use them and will report on this soon.
• Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold products that are no longer usable can be safely returned to the biological cycle—for example, as compost
