How does it work?

Our return system applies to bed linen, fitted sheets and towels from the Mary Rose and Mary's brands.

It's simple: you return the product and receive 10% off the purchase of a new product in the same category and size. In other words, a shower towel for a shower towel, bed linen for bed linen, etc.

The returned product does not have to have been purchased from us, nor do you need a receipt - the important thing is that our label is sewn in and can therefore be clearly identified.

The product can be returned either to the sales outlet in Dornbirn or Innsbruck, where it can then be exchanged directly. No vouchers or credit notes will be issued.

What happens to the returns?

• First, they are separated between cradle to cradle, organic and conventional cotton
• Repairable products are repaired, cleaned and made available to an aid organization free of charge. They are therefore given a new life as second-hand bed linen
• If the fabric can no longer be repaired, it is processed into fleece. We are currently working with Barbara Frick on other exciting application possibilities and will be reporting on them soon
• Cradle to Cradle products that can no longer be used are turned into cycle-safe organic compost
