The Schlossguggerhaus - a project close to our hearts

It is the oldest house in Dornbirn and has been a listed building since 1967. A time capsule that has seen a lot. Stefan Grabher fell in love with this house, bought it together with Günther Haid and is taking care of its preservation and renovation.

A house with history

Research has shown that the house dates back to 1290 (+/-5). A striking feature of the building is the gradual "petrification" of the original rising timberwork - the historical change from timber to mixed timber and stone construction.

Versatile application

From product shoots, wine and gin storage, vinegar production and herb cultivation to smaller company celebrations - the Schlossguggerhaus is used in a variety of ways and the possibilities are endless. Above all, new ideas should live on in it.
