Repair service & custom-made products

Whether broken zippers, loose buttons or custom-made products: We will be happy to take care of your request in our manufactory in Innsbruck.
The service applies exclusively to goods labeled with Mary Rose or Mary's.

Delivery service

We offer free shipping from an order value of 30,- in Austria and from 100,- in Germany.
For shipping, we rely on Swiss Post as a climate-neutral shipping partner.

Embroidery

Both in our store in Dornbirn and in Innsbruck, we embroider towels, bed linen, table linen etc. with the motif or lettering of your choice using a state-of-the-art embroidery machine. Monograms for associations and clubs are also possible. We are currently working on making this service available online.

Hotel service

We are happy to supply your hotel and produce bed linen with a hotel closure. Organic hotels in particular enjoy our large selection of qualities. Our down cleaning program is also very popular with hotels.

Wholesale

Our own brands Mary Rose® and Mary's are stocked in stores in many parts of Europe. Through our wholesaler PAPTEX GmbH & Co KG, we not only sell under our own brand, but also individually created collections under customers' own brands (private label).
