From a purchase of € 30.00, we will be happy to send you our products within Austria free of packaging and shipping costs.

For deliveries under an order value of € 30.00, we charge packaging and shipping costs of € 6.00 for delivery within Austria.

- Germany

From a purchase of € 100.00 we will be happy to send you our products to Germany free of packaging and shipping costs.

For deliveries under an order value of € 100.00 we charge packaging and shipping costs of € 8.00 for delivery to Germany.

For orders totaling €50.00 or more, we charge €10.00 per order for shipping and customs clearance for deliveries to Switzerland.

For orders totaling less than €50.00, shipping and customs clearance fees are €15.00 per order. 

Prices for Swiss customers are net prices and are also payable in euros. (If net prices are not automatically displayed at checkout, we will refund the VAT before shipping.) Swiss VAT and any Swiss customs fees will be collected directly by the

Swiss Post.

For deliveries to South Tyrol we charge € 8.00 per order regardless of the order value.

- Other countries

We are happy to ship your order within the European Union. We ask for your understanding that shipping costs of up to € 30.00 per order may be incurred for shipping to other countries (except those mentioned above).

The shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the ordering process when you enter your desired delivery address.
