The aromatic notes of Muscari and Muscat Blanc are unparalleled. What in many wines is unfortunately only apparent on the palate is already evident on the nose in this white wine cuvée! Elderflower, citrus fruits, honeydew melon—pure and unadulterated!

We always age our wine to dryness; depending on the vintage, we experiment with the balance between residual sugar and acidity to achieve the best possible drinking experience.

After a 24-hour maceration period, the juice is gently pressed, and we use our own yeasts to kick-start fermentation. This process usually proceeds smoothly in the clay amphora until completion. After the wine is quickly racked off the lees
, we return it to the amphora to allow it to settle naturally.
