A rarity from Dornbirn. Most of the grapes are grown on the Bürgle, directly below the Karren cable car. Some come from an old vine at the Schlossguggerhaus. The wine is made using traditional methods. This means: The destemmed grapes are
stirred in by hand twice a day at the start of fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed. The lees are stirred regularly—this allows us to avoid sulfurization—then racked, and after natural clarification, it is bottled.
A wine for anyone who appreciates character—honest, regional, and crafted by hand in Vorarlberg.
